Our story

10,000 km for love, and for cookie dough.

We’re Julie and Mathis, a French couple who packed our bags, left France behind and landed in Taiwan to build a new life together, bringing a little taste of home with us.

Cookie Chéri is that taste: the gooey cookie dough everyone secretly steals from the mixing bowl, now made to be eaten raw, plus the soft, half-baked cookies we love back in France. Every cup is made by the two of us, with a lot of love.

“Chéri” means “darling” in French. That’s exactly how every spoonful should feel.

FAQ

Sweet questions

What is raw cookie dough?

It’s cookie dough designed to be eaten as it is, no oven needed. Creamy and indulgent, you enjoy it with a spoon, like ice cream or a mousse.

Is it really safe to eat raw?

Yes. Classic cookie dough contains raw eggs and untreated flour, which you shouldn’t eat raw. Ours is made with ingredients chosen to be eaten raw, in controlled conditions, so you can dig straight in.

What is a “mi-cuit” soft cookie?

“Mi-cuit” means “half-baked” in French. Our cookies come out of the oven early, so they stay thick, soft and gooey in the middle.

How do I store it?

Keep the raw cookie dough in the fridge to preserve its creamy texture and freshness.
